Data collected and purposes

• Contact / booking request. When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message, solely to respond to your request. Legal basis: your consent and our legitimate interest in handling your requests.
• Audience measurement. With your consent, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how our site is used and improve it. IP addresses are anonymised and no measurement cookie is placed before your consent. Legal basis: your consent.

Cookies

A cookie is a small file placed on your device. Our site uses two categories of cookies:

• Strictly necessary cookies. Essential for the site to work (remembering your cookie choice). They do not require consent.
• Audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics). Placed only after your explicit consent via our banner. You can refuse them without affecting your browsing.

Retention and your rights

Your data is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes described above (at most 3 years after our last contact for requests, 14 months for Google Analytics data). It is never sold to third parties.
